There were also a lot more projects that I was not involved in that Luke exceeded at. Although Luke is very technical he is able to articulate the technical into a level of understanding that the colleague he is dealing with will understand. Luke always took the time to explain a situation and everyone knew what their role was in the projects. This also spilled into the day to day working of the office which made everyone feel more confident, supported, with what they were doing and what was expected of them.
